October 1-5th | Starting at £850Slow Living Retreat: Spain
Andalusia, Spain
1st - 5th October 2026
Step away from the day to day and into a slower rhythm.
Join us in the Andalusian countryside for 5 days centred around the practice of yoga, finding peace and spaciousness, and connecting with a group of like-minded souls.
Our stunning venue sits in the hinterland of Malaga, amongst a lush garden of olive and fruit trees. It was once an old water mill and has been respectfully restored and adapted with all the modern comforts. The surrounding area is paradise for nature lovers, with plenty of hikes, rivers and a beach nearby.
This retreat, focused around the art of slow living, will be crafted to leave you feeling renewed, grounded, and genuinely rested. We have an endless well of peace within us, and sometimes we just need to slow down enough and take away the pressures of everyday life to reconnect and remember.
All levels of yoga are welcome, all activities are optional and we encourage you to take things at your own pace, it’s your time.
Our Home
In the quiet countryside of Malaga, our home for four nights and five days will be a beautifully renovated water mill, a peaceful sanctuary inspired by the natural surroundings. The house is spacious, comfortable, and is the perfect landing place for the stilling we crave. The cosy lounge area and rooms are thoughtfully decorated in a rustic-chic Mediterranean style, with interiors that have a warm atmosphere - think soft earth tones on the walls and terracotta tiles underfoot.
Outside, you'll find endless areas amongst the 7000m2 garden to relax; a natural water basin, many sun beds in the shade, a babbling river that flows alongside the house, and a large dining table where we plan to enjoy the last of the Summer sun and share our meals together. There is also an organically shaped pool for cooling off, and the outdoor yoga shala where our practices will be held.
While we encourage you to do as little as possible while on retreat to truly rest, there will be plenty of time free to explore the local area. There are many beautiful hiking trails nearby, as well as white-washed old villages to wander. Massages and treatments will also be available to further enhance your experience.

Mornings are a sacred time on retreat. We’ll begin our days with an extended yoga practice that allows us to go deeper, not rushed or squeezed into a timetable, but spacious enough to explore breath, our strength, and finally stillness. Classes will be a Vinyasa or Hatha style of practice and will be taught by Dan or Holly.
The rest of our time will unfold gently; delicious meals, time in nature, quiet moments to rest, read, swim or simply be.
Evenings will be a rest practice, alternating between Yin, Restorative, Yoga Nidra, or a mix between. All evening classes will be taught by Dan.
We will also be providing a Yoga philosophy workshop on one afternoon for those who are curious about exploring the core principals and teachings of yoga’s sacred texts, and the origins of the practice. Even a glimpse into these roots can shift how you experience yoga, adding a new layer of meaning to everything you do on the mat.
Whether you’re new to yoga, are working with any injuries, or have been practising for years, you’re warmly welcome.
Mats & props are provided unless you prefer to bring your own.

Meals are a plant based and colourful delight, with a daily changing menu of wholesome dishes. Expect thoughtful dishes that leave you feeling truly nourished.
All meals are included in your stay.
